Job Title: Recruitment Admin Resourcer
This role is designed to support the Talent and Culture Manager in overseeing key aspects of recruitment, culture, and training within the organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing diary schedules, coordinating recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and performing reference checks. Additionally, they will assist with learning and development training sessions and update the training calendar.
Key responsibilities include adding new employee details to HR systems, following up on onboarding progress, and coordinating administration processes for probation reviews, performance development reviews, and other licence renewals as required.
Requirements for this role include previous experience in a similar HR or Recruitment support position, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and high level administration and organizational skills.
