Control Room Security Officer - Robina Town Centre
Trident Services Australia is seeking experienced and licensed Control Room Security Officers to join our team at Robina Town Centre. This is a full-time role working a 4 on, 4 off rotating roster.
As a Control Room Officer, you'll play a critical role in monitoring and managing safety and security operations, ensuring the wellbeing of retailers, customers, and staff across the centre.
What you'll be doing:
 * Operating and monitoring CCTV, access control, and communication systems
 * Coordinating and supporting security teams during incidents and emergencies
 * Responding to alarms and dispatching resources appropriately
 * Assisting with incident reporting, risk monitoring, and safety compliance
 * Providing clear communication to centre management and emergency services
 * Supporting retail centre operations and emergency response procedures
What you'll need:
 * Current QLD Security Licence (with Monitoring and Crowd Control functions)
 * Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
 * Strong communication and decision-making skills
 * Previous experience in a control room environment (retail or corporate highly regarded)
 * Ability to work a 4 on, 4 off rotating roster across days and nights
 * High standard of personal presentation and professional conduct
