We are currently seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Executive, you will support all aspects of the administration and coordination of marketing activities.
Job responsibilities
* General Administration: Assist with creating and maintaining collaterals and creative assets (EDMs, presentations, eCommerce content). Undertake general administrative activities such as responding to emails, drafting communications, working with creatives, supporting finance related activities such as raising purchase orders and processing invoices.
* Event Management: Assist the marketing team in coordinating event-related activities, including liaising with venues and coordinating food, drinks, music, and visuals. Assist with the setup and pack down of events and support key logistical activities as required.
* PR and Media Relations Support: Draft and circulate press releases, media alerts, and other PR communications to relevant media contacts, under guidance of the Marketing Director. Maintain and update media contact lists, coordinate delivery of product samples to media, monitor media coverage of TAG Heuer and competitors, compile reports for the marketing team, support the coordination of media interviews and press events, and compile regular reports on advertising and PR campaign performance.
* Retail and Trade Marketing: Assist the marketing team in coordinating VM related activities, support the Boutique Manager and Retail team as required, provide marketing materials/tools, support boutique and trade team with window and SIS installations, fulfill account management requests for VM/POS/display material, book installations, and coordinate repairs and maintenance to TAG Heuer corners and SIS as requested by AMs in a timely manner.
* Budget Management: Track marketing expenditure against approved budgets, maintain accurate records of all financial transactions related to marketing activities, generate and process purchase orders for all marketing‐related goods and services, ensuring compliance with company procurement policies.
* Ad‐hoc: Undertake all reasonable requests as directed by the Marketing & Communications Executive and Marketing Director.
Profile
* Creative, energetic, pragmatic, results‐oriented and agile.
* Bachelor of Marketing or Business and/or relevant experience, ideally in a retail business.
* High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Illustrator is highly desirable.
* Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills with an ability to work in a fast‐paced environment with a 'can‐do' attitude.
* Team player, creative, passionate, highly motivated, self‐motivated, and shows initiative.
* Able to work independently and flexibly to accommodate changing business needs.
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team setting and with internal and external stakeholders.
* Passionate about new trends in lifestyle, arts, new technologies and sports.
