Job Description
The Organisation provides residential care services to individuals with various needs. We are seeking a caring and compassionate Personal Carer to join our team at Bracken House Hostel.
As a Personal Carer, you will be responsible for facilitating positive health and wellbeing options for residents. This includes providing assistance with daily living activities, medication administration, and wound dressing.
You will work collaboratively with each resident to empower them to continue doing the things they love. Our team is committed to delivering person-centred care, and we welcome applications from individuals who share our values.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* A Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (or working towards)
* Ability to provide a wide range of person-centred care duties
* Desire and willingness to work with each resident to empower them to continue doing the things they love
* Care skills driven by compassion
