Key Role: Administration Support
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client and worker interactions with professionalism and empathy, ensuring exceptional customer service. They will foster strong relationships with clients and workers, promoting trust and confidence in the services provided.
Main Responsibilities:
* Handling client and worker inquiries via telephone or email
* Building effective relations with clients and workers
* General administrative duties including printing, scanning and filing of documents into online systems and portals
* Providing support to the scheduler with ad-hoc scheduling and rostering requirements
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Australian work rights
* Qualification in Business Administration (desired but not mandatory)
* Applicable industry licenses, including NDIS and Blue Card
* National criminal history check (or willingness to obtain)
* Previous experience in a fast-paced administration or reception position
* Proven ability to manage challenging workloads and schedules
* Experience within an aged care/disability or healthcare setting
