About the Role:
The Sales Support role is a key position in ensuring consistency with internal processes and delivering exceptional service in line with our organisation's values. As a Sales Support Officer, you will play a crucial part in providing administrative support to the sales team, including accurately processing quotes and orders, as well as upselling and cross-selling products.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative support to the sales team
* Managing inbound calls, general inquiries, and orders from both new and existing customers
* Demonstrating initiative and contributing positively to the business culture and various internal departments
