As the Director of Clinical Services, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare at MDH — leading with innovation, driving clinical excellence, and ensuring our patients and community receive Excellent Care – consistently and every time.

- Lead and inspire our clinical services (excluding allied health) with strategic vision and operational excellence.
- Act as a role model and mentor for our nursing teams and emerging leaders.
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and safety in all aspects of care.
- Collaborate with Executive, Board and community partners to strengthen MDH’s profile as a leading rural health service.

✨ What you’ll bring:
- Registration as a Nurse with AHPRA, supported by tertiary qualifications in health service management (or equivalent).
- Extensive senior nursing and clinical management experience (regional/rural background highly valued).
- Proven ability to lead with confidence, foster positive culture, and manage change with resilience.
- Strong knowledge of contemporary clinical practice, workforce planning, and quality and safety standards.
