About the Role
As Reporting Data and Insights Lead you'll be responsible for selection, synthesis, and use of data resources, analytical tools and methodologies to provide data intelligence that supports procurement and category management strategies, decision making and performance.

Duties
It's an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Reporting Data and Insights Lead you will:
* Produce, maintain and continuously improve procurement performance dashboards and reports for all stages of procurement and integrate their use in procurement decision making.
* Deliver actionable, robust insights on spend, procurement functional efficiency, category performance and policy compliance to support operational and strategic decision making. Support the development of category plans, working with Category Teams.
* Present clear and concise insights to senior and executive leadership to support data-driven decision making.
* Work closely across Procurement, Business Teams, Legal and Finance to deliver improvement initiatives that simplify how we do procurement at icare, making it easy for users to get it right and focus on outcomes. Own policy and process improvements and ways of working. Lead RPA and Digitisation use cases within Procurement.
* Collaborate across procurement functions and supporting teams to deliver on actionable insights that improve strategic and operational performance
Skills & Experience
* Relevant Tertiary Qualifications / Certification
* Minimum 8 years demonstrated experience in similar role
* Extensive experience leading procurement policy, process and systems within a complex organisation
* Strong knowledge of NSW Procurement frameworks, compliance obligations and policies.
* Advanced analytical and data management capabilities.
* Extensive experience and Proven ability to communicate insights, data and analysis effectively to senior and executive leadership.
* Advanced experience with PowerBI and data analytics
