We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Operator to join our team in Coolum. This is a physical role focused on moving and loading large furniture items, picking and preparing orders, using a walkie stacker to move stock, and driving large vans for deliveries and collections. You'll also help keep equipment in great condition through basic maintenance and repairs.
What you'll be doing
* Pick and prepare orders (including large furniture items): pull the full order, check quantities, protect/wrap items, and organise everything together ready to load
* Load vehicles efficiently to maximise space, protect stock, and ensure each order is packed correctly and safely.
* Drive large vans for deliveries and collections (local runs)
* Move stock safely around the warehouse using trolleys, pallet jacks and a walkie stacker
* Returns processing: check items back in, note any damage, basic cleaning and re-stocking
* General warehouse organisation: stock placement and keeping items accessible and tidy
* Basic maintenance and repairs: tighten/fix hardware, patch/sand, touch-ups and simple fixes
* Nice to have: build/modify simple items (shelving, plinths, frames, basic structures)

* Must be confident driving large vans and completing deliveries/collections professionally
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
* Previous warehouse experience using equipment such as a walkie stacker (and/or forklift) is highly regarded
* Experience in warehousing, removals, logistics, trade assistant work, or event equipment warehousing is ideal
* Ideally looking for someone seeking a long-term role with the opportunity to grow
Hours and flexibility:
This role is 25–38 hours per week. Hours vary week-to-week depending on workload and scheduling, so flexibility is essential. Some weeks include early evening shifts, weekend work, and occasional late nights.
