Responsibilities
* Ensure and manage day to day operations of the front desk
* Greet and register owners and guests
* Provide information to local area attractions
* Manage and resolve promptly any guest complaints if they arise
* Build, develop and lead a team proactively to promote high levels of customer service
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a Front Office department at a supervisory level either as a Team Leader, Shift Supervisor or Duty Manager
* Experience in using PMS Systems (Opera preferred but not essential)
* Ability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and school and public holiday periods
* Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and active listening
* Previous experience in events and finance is highly regarded
* Full working rights in Australia & valid driver's licence
