Given the rapid growth and hundreds of thousands of users across continents within major organisations, a QA Engineer is needed to solidify project delivery and significantly enhance operational quality.
About the Role
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for the comprehensive testing lifecycle. From initial planning and design through to execution, analysis, and reporting. While this role is initially weighted toward high-value
manual
testing, you will be key in developing and evolving the
automation
strategy as well.
Skills
* 3+ years
of professional software testing experience.
* Proven experience in functional, system, integration, regression, and API testing.
* Direct experience working within a .Net
based development environment.

* Strong manual testing
capabilities with
some automation experience
.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to articulate technical and quality concerns effectively, including to senior stakeholders.
* A individual who thrives with
autonomy
and a
scale up environment
.
* Demonstrated ability to
create clear, well-documented test plans
and scripts.
Working Environment & Culture
* You will report to a Senior QA/Team Lead within a flat structure, minimising middle management.
* 4 days in office as they value face to face collaboration.
* Strong autonomy and little red tape.
