The Successful candidate will have:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Strive to be passionate about the food you are serving
* Know your way around a kitchen and have a skill set in prep work
* Place highest importance to food safety and hygiene of food preparation
* Prepare, produce and present all foods in accordance with identified Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards, commonly accepted in the hospitality industry.
* Display eagerness to increase food knowledge and skills.
* Strive to minimize food wastage.
* Provide an exceptional Guest experience
* Oversee roster production for the Restaurant to ensure required coverage
* Communicate promptly, clearly and concisely to General Manager and team members on all matters.
