We are seeking a skilled Acute Care Team Clinician to join our team, providing nursing and health services as a member of a multi-disciplinary community mental health team.
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide triage, assessment, treatment, ongoing case management, and discharge planning services to individuals in the Northern Sydney Local Health District.
* To work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes for patients and their families.
* To maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including the NSW Mental Health Act.
Salary and Benefits:
Allied Health Professionals (Level 1/2): $1,407.23 - $2,007.59
Psiychologist: $1,482.56 - $2,169.97
Registered Nurse: $1,382.80 - $1,941.40
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Current AHPRA registration for relevant discipline - Psychology, Occupational Therapist, Registered Nurse, Eligibility for membership with AASW for Social Workers.
* Experience working in community mental health.
* Ability to demonstrate behaviours that reinforce the CORE Values of collaboration, openness, respect, and empowerment.
