Contract Administrator (Mid-Level) – Townhouse Projects | Gold Coast
We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our growing team, working primarily on townhouse developments across the Gold Coast.
As a mid-level professional, you will play a key role in managing project contracts, ensuring cost control, and supporting the successful delivery of multiple residential developments.
About the Role:
* Administration and management of subcontractor packages
* Tendering, preparation, review, and negotiation of contracts
* Cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting
* Progress claims, variations, and procurement support
* Close collaboration with project managers and site teams
* Collecting QA paper works and handover documents
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Contract Administrator within the construction industry
* Strong background in townhouse or multi-residential projects
* Solid understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
