CHEF

Transform dining into an art form while leading a passionate kitchen team

What You'll Create:

1. Menu Planning - Plan menus, estimate food and labour costs, and order food supplies
2. Quality Control - Monitor quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
3. Team Leadership - Discuss food preparation issues with managers, dietitians and kitchen staff
4. Technique Development - Demonstrate techniques and advise on cooking procedures
5. Food Preparation - Prepare and cook food to exceptional standards
6. Hygiene Standards - Explain and enforce hygiene regulations throughout the kitchen
7. Staff Management - Select and train kitchen staff to maintain excellence

What We're Looking For:

1. 1+ years of professional chef experience in a commercial kitchen
2. Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent preferred
3. Passion for culinary innovation and food safety excellence
4. Natural leadership abilities with creative flair
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

TALENTED COOK - Master the Art of Culinary Excellence

Join our kitchen brigade and perfect your craft alongside experienced professionals

Your Daily Impact:

1. Food Quality Control - Examine foodstuffs to ensure quality standards are met
2. Equipment Management - Regulate temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment
3. Food Preparation - Prepare and cook food using various culinary techniques
4. Seasoning Expertise - Season food during cooking to enhance flavours
5. Presentation Skills - Portion food, place on plates, and add gravies, sauces and garnishes
6. Storage Management - Store food in temperature controlled facilities properly
7. Kitchen Operations - Prepare food to meet special dietary requirements and maintain cleanliness

What We're Looking For:

1. 1+ years of cooking experience in a professional environment
2. Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or relevant qualification preferred
3. Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining high standards
4. Strong work ethic with excellent hygiene practices
5. Team player with a passion for culinary excellence

MOTEL MANAGER - Orchestrate Outstanding Guest Experiences

Lead our hospitality operations and create unforgettable guest moments

Your Leadership Role:

1. Operations Management - Direct and oversee reservation, reception, room service and housekeeping activities
2. Security & Maintenance - Supervise security arrangements, and garden and property maintenance
3. Food & Beverage Operations - Plan and supervise bar, restaurant, function and conference activities
4. Compliance Management - Observe liquor, gaming, and other laws and regulations
5. Guest Satisfaction - Assess and review customer satisfaction levels continuously
6. Financial Operations - Oversee accounting and purchasing activities for the business
7. Safety Standards - Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
8. Guest Services - Provide guests with local tourism information, and arrange tours and transportation

What We're Looking For:

1. 1+ years in hospitality management or supervisory roles
2. Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
3. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
4. Problem-solving abilities with a guest-first mindset
5. Strong business acumen and operational expertise
