You’ll work closely with our marketing team to help elevate our brand through professional-grade video and audio content that stands out.What You’ll Be DoingPlan, film, and edit long-form content (especially for YouTube and podcasts)Produce and film long-form educational content—explainer videos, interviews, and thought-leadership pieces that position us as experts in property investingFilm behind-the-scenes vlogs, team content, and day-in-the-life style videos to build brand personality and communityBe the go-to expert for cameras, lighting setups, microphones, and overall production qualityCollaborate with the team to develop and execute social media strategies that drive growth and engagementProduce content that aligns with brand goals, audience insights, and platform trendsHelp build and maintain our YouTube and podcast content calendarManage and organise raw footage, b-roll, and media assetsOccasionally assist with short-form content repurposing for Instagram, TikTok, etc.You’ll work closely with our Social Media Coordinator, Marketing Manager, and external Ad Agency, so you’ll have plenty of support, and people to bounce ideas offWilling to travel interstate (with prior notice) to capture vlog-style content alongside the team during planned shoots and eventsMust-Have Skills & ExperienceDeep understanding of YouTube culture, algorithms, trends, and long-form strategyExperience in growing YouTube channels or podcasts from scratchSolid experience in filming and content production (cameras, lighting, audio setups)Working knowledge of editing software (Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)Experience with podcast recording and post-production (Rodecaster, Audacity, OBS Studio, or similar)Strong visual storytelling and pacing skillsAbility to work in-person and film onsite regularlyA creative mindset with a constant desire to try new techniques, tools, formats, and trends to keep content fresh and engagingNice-to-HavesGraphic design or motion graphics skills (Photoshop, After Effects, Canva, etc.)SEO for YouTube and podcast platformsUnderstanding of property, finance, or lifestyle content (a bonus, not essential)Why Join us?At Fresh Start Advisory, we’re a fast-growing, energetic team that’s all about moving quickly, having fun, and making a real impact.
