About the Opportunity You will be joining our Operations team to support the day‑to‑day running of our Village based in Karratha. This is a permanent full‑time FIFO role on a 14:7 roster, working 8.25‑hour days (two weeks on site followed by one week at home). This opportunity is best suited to candidates who already have experience in administration roles within a FIFO or remote accommodation environment, and who are comfortable managing core admin responsibilities in a village setting. In this position, you will manage guest check‑ins and check‑outs, accommodation bookings, general administration duties, and the village retail space. As the first point of contact for residents and guests, you will be expected to provide a consistent, professional, and organised customer service experience in a busy FIFO operation. This role will appeal to someone who enjoys administration‑focused FIFO work and is looking to continue building their experience in village operations, rather than transitioning from a non‑administrative FIFO role.
