Academic Administrative Support Role
This pivotal role is critical to the smooth operation of academic processes, ensuring accuracy, organisation and exceptional service delivery.
* Maintaining student records across subjects, classes and academic systems
* Managing academic records, assessment data, reporting processes and timetables
* Supporting subject selection, SET Plan meetings and student enquiries
* Coordinating key academic programs such as NAPLAN, PAT and diagnostic testing
* Preparing and distributing class lists, room allocations and duty rosters
* Assisting with certificates, awards and external exam processes
* Providing high-level administrative support to the Director of Teaching & Learning
* Supporting staff with academic systems and processes

* Frequency: Full-time
* Duty: Based at College campus
* Reports to: Director of Teaching & Learning

3. Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite
