Part-Time Scheduling Coordinator role in Inner North Brisbane, 2-3 days per week

Your new role
You will assist with a range of scheduling and administrative duties such as:
* Utilise Simpro to plan and coordinate schedules for 4 technicians across Brisbane, ensuring efficient job allocation and minimal downtime
* Liaise with clients via phone and email to answer queries, confirm appointments and provide updates on service requests
* Generate and process invoices
* Order parts and manage stock levels
* Inbox management and accurate record keeping
What you'll need to succeed
Your Scheduling Coordinator experience will be highly beneficial, as well as:
* Experience with Simpro or similar scheduling systems
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Strong problem-solving and initiative
* Great communication and relationship-building skills
