The role As Recruitment Manager, you will join an energetic, motivated team to provide support in sourcing, compelling and supporting talented and diverse individuals to apply for their flagship Leadership Development Program. You will be responsible for developing and executing segment strategies across universities and TAFE sectors to meet application targets. You will engage with university partners to strengthen existing relationships. The role also encompasses the following: Execute region and university-specific plans to meet application and hire targets for both Graduates and Career Changer segments Actively identify and engage outstanding talent to influence program applications Work within the parameters of assessment criteria for potential applications Engage and excite successful applicants to ensure they have the knowledge and mind-set to thrive within the program The role offers unmatched flexible working arrangements. Skills and experience To be successful in this role, you will be driven and motivated to meet targets, a people person who enjoys speaking and engaging with external stakeholders every day, and a team player.
