One of Australia's leading manufacturers in the building and infrastructure industry is currently seeking a reliable and passionate Accounts Officer to join their small, high-performing finance team. Reporting to a supportive Accounts Manager, you will be supporting both the Accounts Payable & Receivable functions.
What you'll be doing:
* Accounts Receivable
* Process daily banking and receipting in a timely and accurate manner.
* Manage daily transactions, including allocations.
* Reconcile invoices and delivery dockets to ensure accuracy
* Accounts Payable
* Process supplier invoices directly to the GL
* Process PO matching supplier invoices
* Create Payment runs ready for checking
* Supplier statement reconciliations
Your Skills:
* Experience in a similar role with experience and understanding in both Accounts Payable & Receivable
* Capable of working autonomously and ability to meet deadlines
* Strong attention to detail in processing data
* Good communication skill - written and verbal
* Demonstrated Excel skill set
* Self starter with a strong team focus
