Senior Sales Director: Queensland Market Expansion
This critical role is pivotal in driving sales results, delivery execution and team development within the designated market. The Senior Sales Director will spearhead high yield by leading, developing and hiring effective local teams, ensuring operational standards are met on a consistent basis and guiding strategic business planning within their market.
* Directly manage a team of people-leaders across field retail and delivery locations, fostering a culture of leadership and excellence.
* Reinforce operational standards by coaching through targets, employee retention strategies and succession planning.
* Source, recruit, hire and onboard top talent to drive performance and growth.
* Set clear team targets and individual goals; hold teams accountable by driving performance and continuous improvement.
* Create a culture of employee engagement and recognition of high performers.
* Develop and reinforce high operational standards by coaching through and reinforcing targets.
* Maintain and reinforce Safety and Security standards by partnering with EH&S, Workplace and Security teams.
* Partner with senior leadership to optimise sales and delivery processes that enhance the customer experience.
* Utilise reports and dashboards to provide feedback to management on strategic direction and execute process management changes.
