Coordinate the day-to-day operations.
First point of contact with Clients/Customers, Creditors and Suppliers.

**6 week assignment starting 21st August**

**Flexible shift times**

**Experience**:

- Competent computer skills required including basic understanding of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, an understanding of the MYOB accounting software.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Some training in Workplace Safety and Incident investigation and reporting.
- Ability to work autonomously.

**Duties included but not limited to**:

- Interact with customers, vendors, creditors etc. ensuring quality customer service.
- Investigate and search for suitable piling projects using Estimate One software package.
- Mark up construction drawings relevant to piling noting total number of piles required to be passed on to Company Director for costing purposes.
- Order consumables etc. as and when required.
- Order piles from manufacturer.
- Enter purchase order & invoices into MYOB.
- Run reports in MYOB to keep track of unpaid open invoices. Send reminders as and when required.
- Reconcile accounts including bank transactions in MYOB.
- Manage Payroll and employee superannuation in MYOB.
- Pay employees in a timely manner.
- Manage accounts receivable/payable in a timely manner.
- Manage budgets and forecast, keeping the Managing Director appraised of current company financial situation including future accounts needing to be paid.
- Manage Mobile plant & equipment service records including arranging service and safety inspections. Keep a monthly log of the working hours of Mobile Plant.
- Co-ordinate the availability of hired equipment as and when required.
- Compiling and issuing quotes.
- Compiling Pile Logs including issuing Pile Logs to clients
- Securing Pile Design Plans & Reg. 126 Certification and compliance.
- Investigate Incidents, complete Incident reports in a timely manner and file. Follow up on any recommendations resulting from Incident reports.
- Ensuring OHS and Environmental compliance.
- Keep Office, Bathroom, and kitchen clean and tidy.
