Our company is searching forSales Leadto be based in our Newcastle NSWlocation, who can assist our customers in finding a setup that works for them
As Sales Lead, you'll be responsible for motivating and coaching team members, monitoring performance to achieve sales targets, and driving sales growth. You'll oversee the showroom's presentation, engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and ensure smooth sales operations. This role involves analyzing sales data to identify opportunities, implementing strategies to enhance team performance, and fostering a positive, results-driven environment.
About you:
* Full time with the availability to work at every second Saturday between 8am and 12pm
* You have proven experience in leading a sales team
* You love having a chat and have no problems conversing with our "Aussie Tradie" demographic
* You love the outdoors. When people talk about their holidays, camping trips, or off-roading adventures, you enjoy listening and finding the perfect products from our range to win them over
* You have a good understanding of Utes, trays, and tubs, and you know the advantages of tray setups
