We are seeking an enthusiastic and hands‐on Supervisor to join our Port Pirie team. This is more than a traditional supervisory role. You'll combine production leadership with meaningful mentoring and support, helping employees living with disability develop workplace skills, confidence, and independence while ensuring the delivery of quality products and services.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead and Support People
* Supervise, mentor, and support Supported Employees in their daily work activities
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture
* Encourage skill development, confidence, independence, and workplace success
* Provide coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback
Drive Production Excellence
* Coordinate daily production activities to ensure quality and efficiency
* Monitor workflow and support employees to achieve production targets
* Maintain high standards of customer service and product quality
* Assist with identifying opportunities to improve productivity and processes
Promote Safety and Compliance
* Champion a strong safety culture across the workplace
* Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, policies, and procedures
* Conduct workplace inspections and identify potential risks
* Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives
Contribute to Team Success
* Work collaboratively with managers and colleagues to achieve business outcomes
* Build positive relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders
* Support organisational goals while maintaining a person‐centred approach

* Experience working within the disability sector, manufacturing, production, warehousing, or community services environments (highly regarded)
Essential Requirements
* Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience
* Strong organisational, communication, and customer service skills
* Current Driver's Licence
* Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
* National Police Check
* Ability to undertake occasional regional travel
