About The RoleTo continue our commitment to our residents and to deliver person-centered care, ARRCS is actively seeking a skilled Change Management Coordinator to join our Clinical Risk and Governance team on a permanent, full-time basis.Based in our Regional Office in Darwin, this role will be responsible for the delivery, implementation, and embedding of strategy and education for the long-term sustainability of care models within our facilities.This role involves working alongside our leadership team and supporting them in managing facilities that provide a seamless care continuum for our residents and consumers.To succeed in this role, you must be an experienced and current AHPRA-registered Nurse with previous experience in change management within a clinical or healthcare setting, and possess knowledge of change management principles and methodologies. You should be a self-starter comfortable leading project-based work, and capable of consulting with senior management.
