Job Description
The role involves utilizing mechanical skills and technical knowledge of equipment to ensure the fleet remains productive and efficient. This position will support multiple mines located within a two-hour drive from Toowoomba, with the majority of time spent on site at the Meandu Mine.

Key Responsibilities:
* Meet with mining customers to establish strong working relationships.
* Review performance of mining fleets and problem-solve any issues.
* Undertake machine inspections and audits, including undercarriage, chassis, dump bodies, bucket, and GET wear rates.
* Assist in component forecasting using oil analyses and other methods of wear rate indicators.
* Collaborate with customers to provide innovative solutions that enhance fleet productivity.
* Act as the primary point of escalation for customer concerns and work towards swift resolutions.
* Assist in planning maintenance events and forecasting resource requirements.
* Ensure minimal downtime for mining fleets, optimizing customer operations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Minimum mechanical trade qualifications.
* Strong technical understanding of earth moving and construction equipment.
* The ability to travel as required and spend 2-3 days per week onsite.
