The Cyber, Problem & Change Administration Officer is responsible for the coordination, administration, andmanagement of key ITIL activities and processes including Release, Change, Incident and ProblemManagement, thereby contributing to the provision of professional, timely and effective operational ICTservices to DPC. They are also available to provide operational assistance to the various activities required byDPC ICT Information Security Management System (ISMS).
