Osteria Polpo is a unique and exciting Italian restaurant with a focus on Northern Italian cuisine and the cicchetterie of Venice.
We are seeking the services of a full time sous chef. This is an exciting time to be involved in something unique to the Adelaide market, with lots of growth, potential and variation. You would be working along side a very experienced chef with a comprehensive knowledge of northern Italian cuisine.
Our trading hours are Tuesday to Saturday lunch and dinner, Sundays all day brunch. The applicant will be required to work days, nights and weekends over a 5 day week.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced chef who wants to take the next step in their career. Experience in this role and with Italian cuisine and pasta making especially an advantage.
The person we are seeking must be passionate, able to work in a small team, a great communicator, neat and creative.
