The Opportunity
As a Customer Care Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for residential and commercial customers seeking help, advice or service support. You’ll manage enquiries, investigate issues, process service documentation and work closely with our operations team to ensure every customer receives friendly, accurate and efficient service.
What You’ll Do
Customer Support & Enquiries
* Manage warm inbound calls, emails and online enquiries
* Respond to residential and commercial customer queries
* Provide clear, helpful information about services, accounts and branch processes
* Support customers with troubleshooting (e.g., online forms, customer portal issues)
Service Coordination & Administration
* Use multiple IT systems to investigate requests, schedule services and update customer information
* Process and verify incoming service reports with accuracy
* Follow up with technicians to clarify missing or incomplete details
* Maintain accurate, detailed notes in CRM and digital platforms
