As a Product Analyst, you will document business and functional requirements for ASIC's regulatory platforms, including CRM, Regulatory Portal, ASIC Search, and data/document repositories. You'll collaborate with delivery teams to develop solutions, test, enhance, and maintain regulatory systems.
Location: Melbourne/Sydney/Perth. Other locations considered
Salary: $126,716 - $140,180 (depending on experience) + 15.4% superannuation

The team
The Digital Hub team, within ASIC's Digital, Data & Technology Group, supports regulatory business systems and processes that build excellence in regulatory operations. The team manages the development of key platforms underpinning ASIC's regulatory workflows – the ASIC CRM, Regulatory Portal, ASIC Search, and related data and document repositories.
The role
You Will Be Accountable For
* Establishing a Product Backlog to document business and functional requirements
* Collaborating with the delivery team to refine requirements and develop solutions
* Maintaining and improving data quality of key assets
* Ensuring One ASIC design principles are upheld in changes and enhancements
* Engaging with Product Managers, SMEs, and Leads to understand business processes
* Defining acceptance criteria with Delivery Teams for One ASIC Platform solutions
* Coordinating UAT and PVT testing with Product Managers, including execution and support
* Managing enhancements and technical changes to address business needs
* Contributing to projects and programs impacting One ASIC systems
About You
Combined with strong written and verbal communication skills, you will have the following experience:
* A relevant bachelor's degree and/or work experience in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements
* High-level understanding of ASIC's regulatory role, processes (including back-office processes), with an ability to acquire detailed understanding
* Experience engaging with business users to understand requirements and identify process improvements
* Experience in data management and governance practices
* Ability to analyze and understand business requirements, solve complex issues, and document solutions
* Experience building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
* Previous experience as a Business Analyst is beneficial
