We are searching for a Credit & Billing Manager, reporting directly to our Financial Controller, to lead our Customer Credit & Billing team across Melbourne and Manila. You' will oversee AR, credit assessments, billing accuracy, and collections – all while building a positive, high-performing team culture.
Key Responsibility
* Lead, motivate and energise a talented team across Melbourne and Manila, coaching them to deliver their best.
* Own all things AR: credit assessments, billing accuracy, and collections performance.
* Resolve complex disputes and aged debt with confidence, fairness, and commercial acumen.
* Partner closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance & Operations to strengthen communication and outcomes.
* Drive continuous improvement, streamline processes, and provide data-driven insights to support decision making.

You have a strong background in AR, credit management, or finance, with proven experience in managing high-performing teams.
