**About the Opportunity**
As the Safety and Wellbeing Manager, you'll foster a supportive safety culture through strategic leadership, efficiently managing injury claims, providing early intervention, and developing preventative strategies.
You'll implement targeted initiatives and develop a standardised HSW framework while liaising with risk management and legal professionals to advise leadership on compliance obligations.
This key position ensures all sites maintain legislative compliance, provides practical guidance to establish safety standards across multiple locations, and coaches' business leaders on HSW best practices.
Additionally, you'll manage Return-to-Work processes for optimal outcomes and demonstrate authentic health and safety leadership that inspires a positive culture throughout the organisation.
**About You**
A tech-savvy self-starter with proven experience developing contemporary WHS programs would thrive in this role, balancing compliance requirements with innovative approaches to create safer, healthier workplaces.
You will build robust relationships and demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence, allowing you to influence stakeholders at all levels to drive decision making with a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach.
**Essential Criteria**:
- Certification in Work Health and Safety, Return to Work Coordinator accreditation
- National Police Check
- Drivers Licence
