About the role
Diggit Plant Hire is seeking an experienced Combo Operators to join our team based at Ipswich, Queensland. As an Experienced Combo Operator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Construction, Local Council and Private projects and deliver high-quality work. This hands-on role requires the operation of excavators and combo machines in a safe and efficient manner.
What you'll be doing
* Safely and efficiently operate excavators and combo machines
* Conduct pre-start checks and identify any maintenance or repair requirements
* Work closely with the site team to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard
* Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
* Provide feedback and suggestions to improve processes and procedures
What we're looking for
* Minimum 2 years' experience as an Combo Operator
* Demonstrated proficiency in the safe and efficient operation of excavators and combo machines
* Knowledge of construction techniques, methodologies and safety practices
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions
* Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety
* Relevant construction industry tickets and licences
