About the Position
As a Registered Nurse in our Mental Health Unit, you will provide patient-centered care to individuals facing mental health challenges. You will work collaboratively with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver person-centred, evidence-based mental health care
* Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for individuals
* Work in therapeutic and professional relationships with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team
* Offer support during times of emotional distress and crisis
* Guide and mentor less experienced clinicians
Essential Qualifications and Requirements
* Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category A role
* Working With Children Check (WWCC)
* Current AHPRA Registration
* Valid NSW Driver's Licence
