**Major Responsibilities**
- Coordinate meetings, agendas and invitees
- Manage surgeons calendar for meetings, conference attendance, speaking events
- Coordinate surgeons leave with Practice Manager to ensure mínimal impact to patient appointment schedules
- Travel and accompany the Surgeon at all times to various clinics and theatres around Sydney
- Travel and accompany the Surgeon interstate and internationally for business as required
- Accompany the Surgeon to meetings including dinner events as required
- Arrange conferences and symposiums and travel arrangements as necessary
- Other ad hoc administrative duties

- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multi-task quickly and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail, quality and accuracy
- High level of problem-solving ability
- High standard of verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to act with tact and discretion, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

**Salary**: From $80,000.00 per year
