Experience and Qualifications Required:
- Current registration with the AHPRA as a registered Nurse,
- Supervisory skills and experience,
- A high level of analytical, written and communication skills,
- Current Police Check
- Knowledge of legislation appropriate to this position,
- Initiative and ability to work without supervision,
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality,
- Ability to be self-motivated and promote a positive work environment,
- Understanding of and demonstrated ability with Aged Care Accreditation Standards,
- A commitment to improving residential aged care,
- An on-going learning and continuous development philosophy,
- Fosters independence of residents and has a person-centred approach,
- Ability to be proactive to workplace OHS.
