About the Role
In this 9-10 month fixed term contract you will report into the CEO and be part of the leadership team for Australia. This role is responsible for providing effective strategic and operational HR programs that are aligned to the business strategy.

About You
You will have previous relevant experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Manager in a rapid paced environment as well as experience managing a small team. Ideally you will have the ability to work with diverse stakeholders whilst working on multiple different projects. You will have a relevant HR or Business related degree as well as excellent communication skills. Previous experience within a manufacturing/industrial setting as well as part of a global company is highly desirable. Solid knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations is essential for this role.
