As an integral part of the Performance Management and Quality Branch, you'll influence a high-quality end-to-end participant experience through Continuous Improvement (CI), a Quality Management Framework (QMF), and Performance Management activities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deliver Learning Programs: Utilise digital learning and virtual platforms, including MS Teams, to deliver impactful learning experiences. Seek feedback, identify trends, and report your insights.
- Stay Informed: Maintain technical knowledge of best practices in capability and learning, embracing innovations in learning and technology. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of learning projects.
- Curriculum Development: Provide insights from your experience and best practices to advise the development of the learning framework, ensuring a consistent curriculum for Our Client's front-line staff.
- On-the-Job Learning: Contribute your knowledge, skills, and experience to the implementation of technical, vocational, and on-the-job learning programs.
- Customer Support: Resolve inquiries related to learning programs and activities, ensuring a smooth learning experience for all participants.
- Operational Insight: Develop and maintain a professional understanding of current approaches to Scheme operations. Report on the effectiveness of capability and learning programs, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.
- Effective Communication: Implement a variety of communication activities across diverse platforms and audiences. Contribute as a presenter or member to different forums and networks.
- Learning Management: Update and maintain the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS).
