Requirements
* Demonstrated track record of managing high-performing sales teams in B2B technology.
* 5+ years of experience in Enterprise sales, with a strong focus on public sector customers in ANZ.
* Expertise in navigating complex sales processes, including multiple stakeholders and negotiations based on business value and procurement.
* Able to set and manage performance metrics, driving team success.
