This is a hands-on role with significant exposure to complex and high-value claims across Australia.Key ResponsibilitiesWork across a wide range of construction and engineering disputes, including tunnelling, renewables, and solar projectsGain insights into the Australian strata market and the management of major and minor defectsAssist in the preparation of adjudication applications and responsesSupport the preparation of expert witness reportsGain exposure to NCAT, litigation, and arbitration proceedingsAttend and observe cross-examinations in NCAT, the Supreme Court, and the District CourtReceive structured APC training through an in-house APC assessorCandidate ProfileProactive and self-motivated
