Operations Management Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day execution of our moving services operations across the AU NZ region.
This role is critical in ensuring the seamless delivery of domestic and international relocations, managing people and processes to deliver excellent service, control costs, and maintain high operational standards.
* Provide strategic direction and leadership across domestic and international moving operations.
* Oversee efficient planning and execution of removals and relocations, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
* Manage daily scheduling, equipment utilisation, and operational workflow to meet performance targets.
* Build strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery of services.
* Monitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations.
* Support claims management, addressing customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
* Ensure a safe and compliant work environment through proper training, supervision, and equipment maintenance.
* Oversee and develop a team of operational staff including schedulers, removalists, and subcontractors.
