About you:
* Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the construction industry
* Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and tendering procedures.
* Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems and outlook.
* Valid driver's license (if required for client visits).
* The ability to follow instructions and work effectively unsupervised
* Problem solving skills
