**The Client**:
This Bayside based franchise Head Office are looking for their next Operations superstar, a great opportunity to move into the corporate space for an experienced Real Estate person
**The Role**:
- Support the marketing team with strategy planning for digital market presence, as well as their day-to-day tasks including social media responsibilities
- Liaising with, and managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Implementation of customer service strategies
- System maintenance and back end website maintenance
- Work closely with HR to assist in initiatives in tasks
- System setup to onboard and offboard staff members
- CRM management
- Identify and highlight process and system improvement opportunities
- 5+ years experience in Real Estate, ideally in an Executive Assistant, Head of Department, or Operations position
- Motivated with a mindset for improvement
- Fantastic computer skills
- Ideally experienced with Box + Dice
