**About The Role**:
**Your Responsibilities will include**:
- Demonstrating a willingness to learn new systems and thoughtfully handle user requests
- Having knowledge of Windows command line batch files, SQL skills, and the ability to write complex queries against various database structures
- Independently consulting and interacting with stakeholders to determine fault analysis and corrective action
- Ensuring all work practices are performed in accordance with established information technology methodologies and processes
- Overseeing projects to ensure they are managed and delivered to specification, time, and budget
- Advising and providing guidance on complex issues, negotiating solutions where multiple interests need to be accommodated
- Developing and enabling staff performance, mentoring and providing constructive feedback
- Participating in incident, defect, and problem resolution
**Your Skills & Experience**:
- A degree with substantial experience or postgraduate qualifications, or progress towards postgraduate qualifications with extensive relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant knowledge, training, and experience
- Ability to be responsible for program/system development and implementation
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and experience working with senior management
- Experience in developing innovative solutions and contributing to strategic planning
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to negotiate, motivate, influence, and build relationships
- Experience as a Functional Analyst/Business Systems Analyst in project and/or support teams
- Ability to lead complex analysis work and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders in the development of operational processes and technical requirements
- Experience with project delivery methodologies such as SDLC and Agile and working in an ITIL framework
- Knowledge of own strengths, weaknesses, and biases and the ability to modify behavior based on self-reflection and feedback.
