Positions Available
- Apprentice Chef (Entry-level – Ideal for those looking to start a career in the kitchen)
- Commis Chef (Junior – For those with some kitchen experience, eager to develop their skills)
- Chef de Partie (CDP) (Experienced – A confident chef looking to take charge of a section)

Key Responsibilities
- Learn and assist in all areas of the kitchen
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen areas
- Assist in the preparation of food and cooking
- Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene
- Help manage stock levels and ingredient ordering
- Take responsibility for your section of the kitchen
- Prepare and cook meals to a high standard
- Manage kitchen staff and ensure smooth operations during service
- Assist in menu planning and stock control
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Apprentice Chef: No experience necessary – enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Commis Chef: Some kitchen experience is desirable but not essential
- Chef de Partie (CDP): Proven experience in a similar role, with a positive understanding of kitchen operations and team management
- A passion for food and a positive attitude are essential for all roles!
