Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Neonatal Nurse Specialist to join our team in Australia or New Zealand. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care to critically ill newborns and children with complex needs.
You will work in state-of-the-art environments, collaborating with neonatologists, paediatricians, and allied professionals to deliver specialized nursing care. Your expertise will include monitoring vital signs, administering medications, fluids, and nutritional support, as well as operating advanced NICU/PICU equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* AHPRA Registered Nurse (Australia) or NCNZ Registered Nurse (New Zealand)
* Minimum 1-2 years' experience in NICU, PICU, paediatrics, or maternity care
* Postgraduate qualification in neonatal/paediatric nursing preferred
* BLS, ALS, and NRP certification required
