This is more than an execution role; you’ll also be involved in the early stages of program design, helping to shape and initiate work in an environment characterised by ambiguity, innovation and rapid evolution.What you'll do:Scope Management: Document project scope (In/Out) and deliverables ensuring alignment to project goals and objectivesRoles & Responsibilities: Define and implement an appropriate project governance framework, outlining the various roles and responsibilities of individuals involved in the projectSchedule Management:Create the baseline schedule, identify critical path and key milestones, and manage delivery to this planDependency Management: Identify, maintain and manage up and down stream dependencies of the projectResource Management: Define resource requirements and manage resource availability and allocationFinancial Management: Sets and monitors project budgetIssue & Risk Management: Ensure appropriate identification, mitigation and timely reporting/escalation of project issues and risks is in placeMonitoring and Reporting: Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders and management.Project Closure: Complete project closure report to ensure smooth transition to relevant stakeholders and assist post implementation review (PIR) to capture lessons learnedWhat you'll need to succeed:Bachelor’s degree in project management, business management, or a related area of studyPMI/PMP certification or similar from an accredited organisation3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in wealth management industry, preferably with wrap platform experienceProven track record in a fast-paced environment, delivering projects on time, cost, and quality metricsProficiency use of Microsoft Office suite (Inc Microsoft Project)Excellent meeting, workshop, and conference facilitation skills, with proven knowledge of how to foster attendee participate and collaboration in small and large groupsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage shifting priorities, demands and timelinesAbility to positively influence the thinking and decision making of business leaders and stakeholders through persuasive presentation of critical argumentTHE CLASS STORYAt Class, our vision is to reimagine a simpler, more automated world for our customers through innovation and technology leadership.
