Due to our global expansion, we are seeking an International Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team and work towards bringing people and technology together to build a brighter future and strive to make a difference everyday. You will manage your desk and have ownership and accountability for key activities meeting ambitious targets to drive growth in sales revenue.
**Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to**:
- Own and manage day-to-day operations of Recruitment marketing advertising internationally.
- Flexing your creative flair to develop branding, role positioning, and social and proactive talent pooling style activities.
- Develop and implement measures that help be the best out there
- Continuous Improvement - continually seek and implement improvements to drive efficiencies and better ways of working
- Database Management - updating our LM Database and social media pages
- Manage your own deadlines and make executive decisions
**About You**
You will possess the following skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role would be highly advantageous (Min 5 - 10 years experience required)
- Self-driven and ability to work autonomously
- Effective organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and a passion for Education
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Great relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
