The Role
This contractor position offers flexibility and autonomy, delivering physiotherapy services to NDIS participants across Perth's southern corridor. You will conduct in-home and community-based assessments, deliver tailored interventions, and collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team within Humanity Health Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive physiotherapy assessments for NDIS participants.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans aligned with participant goals.
- Provide evidence-based interventions including strength and balance training, mobility programs, pain management, falls prevention, and functional rehabilitation.
- Recommend assistive technology, equipment, and home modifications where appropriate.
- Prepare accurate clinical notes, reports, and NDIS-related documentation.
- Travel to participants across Perth's south-of-the-river suburbs.

Essential Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
- ABN and relevant insurances (Public Liability and Professional Indemnity).
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- Experience working with NDIS participants, disability services, or a strong interest in the sector.
- Excellent communication and independent time-management skills.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
Desirable
- Experience completing NDIS reports and supporting participants with assistive technology recommendations.
- Confidence working autonomously while collaborating with a broader multidisciplinary team.
- Experience delivering community-based physiotherapy services.
