The Role

This contractor position offers flexibility and autonomy, delivering physiotherapy services to NDIS participants across Perth's southern corridor. You will conduct in-home and community-based assessments, deliver tailored interventions, and collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team within Humanity Health Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive physiotherapy assessments for NDIS participants.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans aligned with participant goals.
• Provide evidence-based interventions including strength and balance training, mobility programs, pain management, falls prevention, and functional rehabilitation.
• Recommend assistive technology, equipment, and home modifications where appropriate.
• Prepare accurate clinical notes, reports, and NDIS-related documentation.
• Travel to participants across Perth's south-of-the-river suburbs.

Essential Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
• ABN and relevant insurances (Public Liability and Professional Indemnity).
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
• Experience working with NDIS participants, disability services, or a strong interest in the sector.
• Excellent communication and independent time-management skills.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).

Desirable

• Experience completing NDIS reports and supporting participants with assistive technology recommendations.
• Confidence working autonomously while collaborating with a broader multidisciplinary team.
• Experience delivering community-based physiotherapy services.
